Our Company

AIRA Property Public Company Limited was established in July 2015 as a joint venture between AIRA Capital Public Company Limited, a parent company with expertise in investment, and two international strategic partners:

  1. Kenedix Asia Company Limited a specialist in real estate asset management from Japan
  2. Eugene Investment & Securities Company Limited a leading financial company from South Korea

The company’s main goal is to invest and develop high-quality real estate projects by combining the strengths of each partner in terms of finance, management technology, and global business networks

Currently, the company is preparing to establish its own Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to increase fundraising channels and expand its investment base to the capital market in full, reflecting its commitment to becoming a major player in the real estate industry in Southeast Asia.

Timeline

  • AIRA PROPERTY CO., Ltd with a registered capital of 200 million baht
  • AIRA Property Co., Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SENA Development Pcl and Sangfah Construction Co., Ltd. to expand into the high-rise real estate business in the form of office rentals by establishing Aspiration One Co., Ltd. (ASP1) to jointly develop the office rental real estate business to expand and build on the long-term stability of the business 2016.
  • In April 2016, AIRA Property Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to 500 million baht and transformed into a public company under the name AIRA Property Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited)
  • Signing of Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Kenedix and Eugene Company Limited for cooperation in the project of AIRA Property Public Company Limited
  • Construction project of “Spring Tower” begins                                     
  • Launched the company’s first project “Spring Tower” a 27-storey building grade A office in the CBD area.
  • Established Aspiration Two Co., Ltd. (ASP2) with initial registered capital of 10 million baht.
  • AIRA Property Public Company Limited increases registered capital to 1,000 million baht.
  • Aspiration Two Company Limited increases registered capital to 250 million baht
  • Aspiration Two Company Limited has received the right to lease space on Silom Road for a 30 year contract.
  • Commence the hotel project on Silom Road
  • The company has partnered with global hotel chain “Hilton” to manage the major project DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Silom.
