Spring Tower

Spring Tower is a grade A office building project in the heart of the city, conveniently connected to BTS Ratchathewi Station and Airport Rail Link Station directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It is designed with a modern vision

that focuses on creating a good working environment for employees. In terms of the project’s outstanding features, the building has been recognized through the Asia Pacific Property Award (2018-2019) in the Architecture Design category. It also received interior decoration advice from Assistant Professor Praiwan Dakleang and Professor Kongsak Yuktasevi, National Artists in Visual Arts (Interior Architecture), both of whom are famous for creating unique artworks that emphasize useful and practical designs. Both professors have given the building artistic beauty and superior interior design.

In addition to the modern and beautiful interior decoration, Spring Tower also emphasizes energy-saving design and efficient use, such as designing office spaces without central columns (Column Free) to increase usable space and designing Floor Plates that can be customized to meet a variety of uses. Safety is another issue that the company focuses on. It has designed an elevator access control system via Turnstile and a Destination Control system that allows specific elevator destinations to be set. In addition, the designer has selected durable and high-standard materials, which not only help the building be durable, but are also environmentally friendly. Spring Tower has been LEED Gold Certified by the USGBC. The building has automatic control of lighting on-off to match natural light. The use of centralized cooling in the air conditioning system reflects the full application of energy conservation principles. All of this is part of the design process and construction was completed within no more than 3 years, from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2020, reflecting the commitment to creating sustainability and quality. Spring Tower began providing services to office tenants in early 2020 by hiring leading building management experts in various fields to provide services that comply with international standards. The results of the careful management have led to numerous awards, as follows:

• Gold Safety Award from BSA Building Safety Award in 2021 and 2022
• Platinum Safety Award from BSA Building Safety Award in 2023
• MEA ENERGY AWARDS in the Office Building category in 2021 from the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, which recognized the building as an energy-efficient building that can maintain good indoor air quality.
