Ms. Nalinee Ngamsettamas Reinforces Company Vision in Exclusive Interviews with 10 Media Outlet

Ms. Nalinee Ngamsettamas, Chief Executive Officer of AIRA Capital Public Company Limited (AIRA Group), said the Group is targeting approximately 20% year-on-year revenue growth in 2026, supported by improving business performance since the first half of the year.

Growth is expected to be driven by AIRA’s three core businesses: Spring Tower, which maintains a 93% occupancy rate; the hire purchase and leasing business, with its loan portfolio reaching THB 1.522 billion; and the securities business, where brokerage income has rebounded alongside stronger market trading activity.

Meanwhile, AIRA & AIFUL (A&A), the Group’s joint venture with AIFUL, Japan’s leading consumer finance company, has achieved a strong turnaround in its retail lending business, further strengthening the Group’s overall performance.

Second-Half 2026 Strategy: A “Survival” Approach For the second half of 2026 AIRA expects continued market volatility driven by global uncertainties and oil price fluctuations. The Group will therefore maintain a “Survival” strategy, focusing on prudent operations and disciplined risk management. “Business stability and risk management remain our top priorities. While we must continue moving forward, every decision will be guided by caution and a commitment to sustainable growth,” Ms. Nalinee said.

Unveiling a Three-Pronged Growth Roadmap for Real Estate Expansion and IPO Plans AIRA Group is advancing its real estate business with three key strategies to drive sustainable growth:

1.Strategic Recurring Income: The Group is strengthening its recurring cash flow through the development of the THB 2.3 billion DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Silom, with construction scheduled to begin in Q3 2026. Located in the heart of Bangkok’s prime Silom district, the hotel is strategically positioned to capture strong and sustainable demand from both international tourists and business travelers, providing a stable and recurring revenue base supported by Hilton’s global brand and distribution network.

 2. Asset-Light & Synergy:AIRA plans to establish a REIT valued at approximately THB 8–10 billion during 2028–2029. The trust is expected to include hotels, apartments, and potentially hospitals, as the Group is currently in discussions with Japanese healthcare partners. The initiative is designed to enhance investment capacity and generate sustainable long-term returns.

3. IPO Strategy: AIRA plans to list its property arm, AIRA Property (AIP), on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) between Q2 and Q3 2027, with the possibility of a dual listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, subject to favorable conditions. Meanwhile, AIRA & AIFUL aims to eliminate its accumulated losses and pursue a stock market listing within the next three years.
