AIRA Group makes an aggressive move into the property business – Miti Hoon | Clearly points out every investment
Miti Hoon – Mrs. Nalinee Ngamsethamas, Chief Executive Officer (center), Mr. Suttiporn Tandikul, Managing Director (right), AIRA Capital Public Company Limited or AIRA and Mr. Jenwit Rungkijvorasathien, Chief Executive Officer (left), AIRA Property Public Company Limited jointly presented a summary of operating results for the 9-month period of 2024 along with an update on the business direction at the listed company meeting investors (Opportunity Day).
“AIRA Property”, a subsidiary company, announced an aggressive move to expand into the hotel business group. Most recently, it acquired land in the Silom area, receiving a land lease from the Crown Property Bureau. Launching a 29-storey Upper Upscale hotel project worth 2.3 billion baht to penetrate the foreign tourist and business market, confident that the project will create added value for AIRA Group in the future.
