AIRA Partners with Global Hotel Chain ‘Hilton’ to Sign Management Agreement for New Hotel in the Heart of Silom – ‘DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Silom’
Mr. Janewit Rungkijvorasathian (3rd from left), Chief Executive Officer of AIRA Property Public Company Limited, and Ms. Maria Ariizumi (4th from left), Vice President, Development, South East Asia, Hilton, signed a landmark cooperation agreement appointing Hilton, a world-class leading hotel chain, to manage a new hotel project in the heart of the Silom district under the brand "DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Silom." This marks a significant milestone for AIRA Property PCL in expanding its real estate business into the Hospitality segment at Bangkok's highest-potential prime location, catering to the tourism sector. Construction is planned to begin this year, with completion expected by 2029.
